Update v1.0.1 changelog

- Fixed some typos/grammar issues
- Adjusted the behavior of the AI in the playable level after reaching a certain progression point
- Fixed an issue where the Trapezohedron could be unequipped but then not re-equipped
- Fixed an animation issue with a character at the end of the playable level
- Fixed a possible crash caused by an animation that bug only occurs under very specific circumstances
